16 March – Tenterden Wildlife – Talk ‘Gardening for Wildlife’ – 10am-12.30pm. St. Mildreds Church Hall. Discover different ways you can support wildlife in your garden and the positive benefits it will have. Talks from 3 experts followed by a Q&A session and the chance to get informal advice for your garden. Free event.
5 April – Tenterden & District Horticultural Society – ‘Both Sides of the Bench’ by Susan Shaw. St Mildred’s Church Hall, Tenterden. 7pm for 7.15pm. Members £3. Visitors £5. Susan is a National Speaker & Demonstrator for Kent Floral Art and formally a member of Headcorn Flower Club. She has exhibited at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show so is well qualified to inspire members to enter their own Floral Art at our shows this year.
